Breakfast
Breakfast is usually served either outside (weather permitting) or in the dining room. We provide a continental breakfast, with the addition of eggs fresh from our hens (in season), and homemade jams, as well as yoghurt, cereals and croissants.
For €10.00 a fried breakfast of bacon, eggs, mushrooms and beans can be provided with notice.
Breakfast is normally served between 8:30 - 10:30am, but for early departures we will always try to accommodate an earlier start.
Picnic Service & Lunch
Picnic Hampers can also be arranged 1 day prior to the day you require it for a charge of €15.00 for 2 people and includes 1 bottle of wine.
We can on request also provide a light lunch at a nominal fee of €6.00 per person.
Evening Meal - Tables D’hotes
Table d’hotes is a traditional service, where food is only served to guests. You eat at the table of your hosts. It is a set menu, and changes every day. We think this allows us to offer the highest standards of fresh food in a lovely intimate relaxed atmosphere.
Guests are able to arrange for meals in advance, when they book their rooms, or alternatively, we ask that you notify us on the morning of the day before you wish to have dinner.
The region is well known for its culinary produce and we seek to use only the very best local ingredients, and, where possible, produce from our own kitchen garden.
On warm evenings dinner is best enjoyed outside, however in cooler weather, you can relax in the comfort of our traditional dining room.
Please let us know in advance if you are a vegetarian/vegan or have any food allergies or have any particular dietary requirements, or if there is something special you would like.
The evening meal comprises of 3 courses charged at €20 per person and includes wine & coffee.
Dinner is usually served at 8:00pm
