During your stay with us, we want you to feel as relaxed and as comfortable as possible and for that reason your well-being is paramount to us. If their is something you specifically want then please feel free to ask where we will try our very best to provide it for you.
Laundry
We can provide a laundry service and will only charge a nominal fee for doing so, please ask us should you require this service.
Single Person Traveler
Please note that we do not charge a supplement for people who are traveling alone! If this is the case we will place you in Suite 2 and are only happy to charge €35.00 per night.
Airport Transfers
For those guest wishing to not explore the locality and who just wish to remain on-site then we do offer a airport transfer service to and from Limoges airport at a rate of €100 which includes your collection and drop off on your return journey.
Beverages
Because we want you to feel at home we have decided to do away with the original tea & coffee making facilities usually provided in rooms. In the kitchen you are free to make hot beverages or cool drinks. Before dinner, and if we are free, we are only too happy to make them for you. After dinner is served then you are free to ‘help yourself’.
Internet
Free Wireless Internet Connection is available. If you have not brought your laptop then we are happy to allow you to use our spare pc.
Relaxation
To further enhance your relaxation and maintain good physical & mental health then you are also free to use the ‘Zen Chi Massager’. Please refer to our holistic treatments page or user guide for further information. If you would like to use the zen chi then please inform Shane where he will be only too happy to set it up for you.
‘Please note that if you are pregnant, suffer from serious heart disease or if you have had a recent operation less than 3 months then you are unable to use this equipment.’
The Hidden Well is a ‘work in progress’ so please also note that for future visits, further facilities will become available. Future plans include; an outdoor hot tub, steam room and an indoor multi-purpose gym. We will notify you by email as these facilities are made available and also of any future events and special offers.
